<p>The IP/Trademark Paralegal will be responsible for providing legal support to the IP/Trademark team of our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IP law, as well as experience working with trademarks.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Drafting and reviewing trademark applications and registrations</li>
<li>Conducting trademark searches</li>
<li>Responding to trademark inquiries and oppositions</li>
<li>Managing trademark portfolios</li>
<li>Providing legal advice to clients on IP matters</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience working in an IP law firm or corporate IP department</li>
<li>Strong understanding of IP law, including trademarks</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
</ul>
