Position Summary
The facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established, collegial medical team in Shelton, CT.

Essential Position Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive and compassionate medical care to patients across a variety of health needs.

Conduct detailed clinical evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and manage both acute and chronic conditions.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe evidence-based treatments and medications.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.

Promote preventive health measures, wellness initiatives, and patient education.

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record system.

Participate in continuous quality improvement and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications

Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

Licensure & Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine; eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.

Experience: Previous clinical experience preferred, but new graduates and residents are welcome to apply.
