Job DescriptionAttorney - Catastrophic Personal Injury

Located in Charlotte, we have been focused in the Personal Injury & Workers Comp practice for the last thirty years. With a buzzing culture and strong partnership group, we are looking to continue to grow and expand our reach. We are hiring an Attorney with Catastrophic Personal Injury experience in Charlotte so if you have CPI and strong Litigation experience, please read on!
What you will do:
- Handle a strong caseload of CPI cases
- Making the initial intakes through settlement or trial
- Draft pleadings, conduct depositions, prepare and respond to written discoveries
- Work hand in hand with clients, medical providers and opposing counsels
- Supervise paralegal & case managers day to day
What you need:
- 2+ years of CPI experience
- 3+ years of Litigation Experience
- J.D. or Esquire
- North Carolina BAR License
