Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with questions regarding the marketplace platform, including account management, listings, and transactions
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues
- Provide clients with information about best practices for using the platform effectively
- Collect feedback from users to contribute to service improvements and platform enhancements
- Engage in regular training to remain up-to-date with platform features and updates
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, particularly within e-commerce or marketplace environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with customer support tools and e-commerce platforms is a plus
