Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Legal Assistant to become a part of our medium sized law firm in downtown Los Angeles. You will provide overall support to workers' compensation clients.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Ensure clients are treating and receiving benefits</li>
<li>File various pleadings with the WCAB</li>
<li>Meet and speak with clients regarding case progression daily</li>
<li>Review reports and and follow-up on pending issues</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>****College Graduate a plus</li>
<li>Preferred familiarity with workers' compensation or ability to learn quickly</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and multitask</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Fluent in English and Spanish</li>
