What You’ll Do:
- Oversee nursing and care operations at all three sites
- Mentor, support, and train clinical and caregiving staff
- Promote high standards of care, safety, and compliance
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
- Collaborate with Executive Directors and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure state regulatory compliance across all communities
What You’ll Need:
- Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
- 5+ years of clinical experience in assisted living or long-term care
- Proven experience in multi-site or senior-level leadership, preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Passion for mentoring teams and enhancing resident well-being
