Hours: Monday to Sunday between 11:00 and 23:00 (in shifts)

Salary: €1,500 per month (plus a monthly performance bonus of up to €145)

What will you do?

  • You will support Norwegian-speaking subscribers via phone and chat
  • Payment and subscription inquiries
  • Streaming and content troubleshooting
  • Navigating the company's app and website
  • General questions about features and settings

You will provide an excellent user experience, helping subscribers get the most out of their service. Comprehensive training will be provided to expand your knowledge of the streaming service and technical support.

Requirements

  • Norwegian language proficiency: C2 (fluent)
  • English language proficiency: B2 (for internal communication and training
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with computers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about TV shows, movies, and technology
