Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with setup, troubleshooting, and usage of home entertainment systems
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and services
- Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, especially in the technology or electronics sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A customer-oriented mindset and a passion for technology
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and systems is a plus
