Dutch Speaking Customer Support for Online Bookstore Department
Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Online Bookstore Department! In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting our Dutch-speaking customers as they explore and purchase books from our extensive online collection. Your ability to communicate effectively will help ensure that customers have a positive and enriching shopping experience.
If you are passionate about literature and providing exceptional customer service, we want you to join our team. You will work closely with our clients to address their inquiries and enhance their overall experience at our online bookstore.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via email, phone, and chat
- Assist customers with questions about book availability, orders, and account issues
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the inventory and logistics teams to resolve order-related issues
- Provide recommendations and insights on popular books and authors
- Collect customer feedback to improve our service offerings
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on our book catalog and policies
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally in retail or online sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-oriented approach with a passion for helping others
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and e-commerce platforms
