About the Role
A leading law firm is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Legal Assistant to support litigation attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires strong administrative, technical, and client service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities

Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and presentations.

File court documents (physical and electronic) and manage deadlines.

Support trial preparation, including binder creation and document organization.

Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.

Coordinate attorney calendars, travel, meetings, and CLE tracking.

Assist with billing, time entry, expense reports, and vendor payments.

Handle new client intake, conflict checks, and engagement letters.

Provide occasional marketing and business development support.
Qualifications
-
7+ years of legal assistant experience, preferably in a mid-to-large law firm.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and legal software (iManage, Intapp, Concur, etc.).

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

Typing speed of 65+ WPM.

Occasional overtime may be required.

Pay: $30 - $45 per hour

Pay Details: $30.00 to $45.00 per hour
