Job Description

Job DescriptionLHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a respected law firm in Altamonte Springs, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work with a dynamic team and support a busy litigation practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, discovery requests, and pleadings.

  • Manage case files from inception through trial preparation.

  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings.

  • Assist attorneys with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.

  • Organize medical records, exhibits, and evidence for case development.

  • Communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and court personnel.

  • Handle e-filing in state and federal courts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of paralegal experience with a focus in medical malpractice litigation (plaintiff or defense).

  • Strong knowledge of Florida court rules and e-filing systems.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • A Paralegal Certificate or degree is preferred but not required.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
