\nWhat You'll Be Doing:

- Advocate for clients in court hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.\n\t
- Perform thorough legal research and analysis to build strong case support.\n\t
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and contracts.\n\t
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders.\n\t
- Stay current with legal developments, case law, and procedural changes.\n\t
- Efficiently manage caseloads, ensuring all deadlines and court requirements are met.\n\t
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of sound legal strategies.\n\t
- Represent the firm in legal associations, bar committees, and professional events.\n

\nWhat You Bring to the Table:\n\n
- \n\t
- A Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.\n\t
- An active license to practice law in Virginia.\n\t
- 3+ years of litigation experience, specifically within family law, divorce, or trust and estates.\n\t
- Exceptional oral advocacy and legal writing skills that command attention in court and in complex legal drafting.\n\t
- Superior organizational abilities to effortlessly juggle multiple deadlines and priorities inherent in a busy practice.\n\t
- An empathetic, solution-oriented approach coupled with an unwavering commitment to client success during often emotionally charged situations.\n
