Job DescriptionParalegal – Litigation (3+ Years’ Experience)
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience providing litigation support, with strong skills in drafting, discovery, and case preparation.
Responsibilities:
Draft and respond to interrogatories, requests for production, and other discovery
Prepare legal memoranda, case summaries, and correspondence
Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial
Maintain case files, organize exhibits, and manage document production
Conduct legal research and fact investigations as needed
Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of discovery procedures and civil litigation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred
Full time role. $45k - $60k.
