SkyHop Global is a nationwide leader in airline crew ground transportation, and we’re looking for a Station Manager in Tampa, FL to take charge of daily operations, lead a team, and make an impact every day.

What You’ll Do

This isn’t just a desk job—you’ll be on the ground, leading teams, solving problems, and ensuring airline crews reach their destinations safely and on time.

? Lead Daily Operations – Oversee station performance, ensuring all transportation services run efficiently.
? Develop & Motivate Teams – Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing operations staff.
? Ensure Safety & Compliance – Monitor vehicle maintenance, enforce safety protocols, and uphold DOT regulations.
? Drive Operational Success – Manage budgets, control costs, and improve efficiency in daily operations.
? Optimize Scheduling – Create driver schedules based on real-time demand to maximize productivity.
? Work With Dispatch – Communicate, troubleshoot, and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
? Maintain Performance Standards – Handle coaching, performance evaluations, and corrective actions as needed.


Work Environment & Location

Tampa, FL – Candidates must be within a 35-minute commute.
100% On-Site Role – No Remote Work.
Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.

Requirements:Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants from various industries who have strong management experience and a hands-on leadership style.

Management Experience – 2+ years in operations, logistics, transportation, retail, hospitality, or a similar field.

Problem-Solver – Thrives in dynamic, high-pressure situations and can think fast on their feet.

People Leader – Experienced in hiring, training, and motivating teams to exceed performance goals.

Operational Know-How – Ability to oversee scheduling, budgeting, and compliance (transportation background is a plus but not required).

Strong Communicator – Able to work with dispatch, drivers, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Valid Driver’s License – Must have a clean driving record.
