In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in supporting our team of Painters, Machine Operators, Welders, Material Handlers, and Leadpersons, ensuring seamless workflow and production efficiency.

• Begin your day by loading unpainted metal parts onto the Paint Line, setting the stage for a successful operation.
• Contribute to our Bus Insulation Line by loading copper bars and pipes onto the conveyor.
• Play a vital role by unloading painted metal parts, ensuring they're correctly labeled for further processing.
• Engage in the maintenance of Paint Line & Bus Insulation Line, keeping our equipment in optimal condition through routine tasks.
• Your vigilance in moving parts accurately through manufacturing steps will enhance our production quality.
• Demonstrate your skills by removing finished parts from sheet metal skeletons efficiently.
• Participate in sorting and organizing parts based on part and job numbers for streamlined processes.
• Bring kits of parts together for welding, showcasing your attention to detail.
• Be a valuable team player by assisting machine operators with their tasks as needed.
• Occasionally, unleash your versatility through tasks like painting, grinding, and general cleaning, lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary.

What We Expect:

• Basic understanding of English in both written and verbal forms.
• Commitment to adhering to operational and safety protocols, including ISO standards.
• Eagerness to learn how to read mechanical and assembly drawings.
• Proficiency in using a linear tape measure accurately.
• Capability to work autonomously or in teams with minimal supervision.
• Diligence in maintaining cleanliness and order, culminating in end-of-shift clean-up routines.
• Comfort in using computer software for equipment operation and information retrieval.
• Competence in applying basic math, reading, and writing skills to job tasks.
