Key Responsibilities:

- Appointment Management: Efficiently manage scheduling, and appointment changes.
- Sales & Upselling: Actively engage with clients to promote services, retail products, and special offers, meeting sales targets and contributing to salon growth.
- Customer Support: Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide tailored recommendations to ensure complete satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience with a strong focus on goal achievement and client retention.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Previous customer support or front desk experience preferred.
