Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Slovenian-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively address customer questions and concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information and support.
  • Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system for follow-up and tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance personal skills and team performance.
  • Bring forward ideas for improving customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Slovenian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and customer support technology.
