Location: Seattle, King/Pierce/Snohomish County
Now Hiring: Full-time, part-time, live-in, and overnight shifts.

What You Will Do
You will implement personalized care plans that address the holistic well-being of individuals. This involves offering companionship, managing household tasks, providing personal care, medication reminders, and ensuring transportation needs are met. In addition, your ability to make thoughtful judgments will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of service and adapting care to exceed expectations when required. You are committed to going the extra mile, treating clients as if they were family, and striving to elevate their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Execute personalized care plans
- Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings
- Monitor changes in the client's condition and maintain a safe environment
- Enhance clients' quality of life through compassionate care
Requirements:
- CNA or HCA License
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Dementia Certificate
- Negative TB Test Results
- Nurse Delegation Certificate (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Medication Administration Procedures
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Pass Criminal Background Check
- Access to a Smartphone for care coordination
- Effective oral and written communication
- Strong organizational and critical thinking
