About the Role:

In this role, you will be involved in the full life cycle of a litigation file from initial case assessment through trial preparation and resolution, with a focus on construction law matters such as contract disputes, delay claims, and defect claims. You will work closely with our experienced construction practice team members across the firm and have the opportunity for significant client contact. Experience with construction litigation is preferred but not required. 
Required Qualifications:

<li>Must be admitted to practice law in the State of Florida</li>
<li>3-5 years of experience practicing commercial litigation - construction preferred but not required</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting</li>
