SALES ASSOCIATE For Apparel Store - Part time / Full Time
Located in Gilbert, Scrubs N Scopes is the Largest scrub store (apparel) in Arizona. We are looking for part-time and full time (15 to 35 hours a week) sales associates to join our high energy, helpful and fun sales team.
WANTED:
- Part-time and full time retail sales associates
- Good people with excellent interpersonal skills
- Associate that is able to provide a high level of customer service
- Schedule flexibility: Hours of operation are 9:00am to 6:30pm M-F and 10:00am to 6:30pm Sat (closed on Sundays)
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Greet customers and assess what each customer wants or needs
- Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions
- Ring sales on the register
- Check in, ticket, hang and display incoming merchandise to promote sales
- Conduct opening and closing procedures per store guidelines
- Maintain store cleanliness
SKILLS:
- Friendly and outgoing customer service skills are essential
- Experience running a cash register
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Demonstrate dependability and timeliness
