Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding home security products and services
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Provide guidance on troubleshooting and maintaining security systems
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service offerings
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and security protocols
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the home security or technology sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach toward customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a busy environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and systems
