LITIGATION PARALEGAL– LAW FIRM – PERSONAL INJURY
United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry is representing a well-established, law firm who specializes in areas such as personal injury cases, slip & fall accidents, construction accidents, and more. The ideal candidate is a well- organized, team player who excels in a fast-paced environment.
Salary - $30.00-$36.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Life Insurance Coverage, 401(k) and PTO.
Days/hours: M-F, 9am-5:30pm. Over time as needed.
This position is located on-site.
Responsibilities for the Litigation Paralegal:
- Organize case materials and maintain orderly filing systems
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
- Review medical records
- Manage and maintain document management systems
- Support attorneys with trial preparation
Requirements for the Litigation Paralegal:
- At least 3 years of prior litigation paralegal experience with a personal injury firm
- Knowledge of SmartAdvocate software preferred
- Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Excellent clerical and data entry skills
- Experience supporting attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process
- Ability to provide 3 employment references
