Step into the dynamic role of Advanced CNC Technician and become an instrumental part of our precision engineering team. Here's what the role entails:

• Expertly preparing machinery setups, calibrating tool registers, and pioneering adjustment of offsets.
• Installing machine fixtures and instigating accurate first-piece testing.
• Monitoring operational integrity, identifying potential malfunctions, and implementing necessary modifications.
• Coding from schematics using sophisticated Mazatrol or G code.
• Working extensively with Mazatrol T-32, T+, Fusion, Matrix, and Smooth Controls.
• Verifying component dimensions and finishes to ensure print compliance.

Profile:

• Completion of high school education or GED
• A resilience built from production manufacturing exposure and multi-axis lathe familiarity.
• 3-5 years' experience requisite.
• Command over programming language techniques (G-Code, M-Code) and adeptness in handling production setups.
• PLC troubleshooting and programming credentials.
• Skilled use of CAM Software for a competitive edge.
