Our firm is seeking a talented and driven Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of sophisticated litigation experience to join our Los Angeles office in a hybrid capacity.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a rising legal professional to work alongside nationally recognized litigators on complex, high-stakes matters across a broad range of industries. What You'll Do
-Lead and contribute to pleadings, motions, and briefs in complex commercial litigation.
-Manage e-discovery and fact development with precision and efficiency.
-Engage directly with clients, participate in depositions, and gain trial experience.
-Tackle multifaceted legal and business challenges with creativity and foresight.
-Collaborate with a team of over 150 litigation attorneys nationwide on matters ranging from business torts and shareholder disputes to real estate litigation and arbitration.
What We're Looking For
-2-5 years of litigation experience at a regional, national, or highly regarded local firm.
-Strong academic credentials and exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills.
-Experience in business litigation, real estate disputes, shareholder matters, or business torts preferred.
-California bar admission required.
-Judicial clerkship or courtroom experience is a plus.
-A proactive mindset, maturity, and the ability to manage a demanding caseload with professionalism and poise.

Our associate compensation structure has two components: (1) a base salary (based on an 1850 billable hour target) and (2) a discretionary merit bonus based on performance.
