Job Description

Job Overview
Provide written job appraisals for collision and automotive work. Work with customers, insurance personnel, and dealerships to provide the best repair while demonstrating legendary service. Coordinate communications and repair information between the customer and insurance companies. Work with company foremen to provide the optimum number of vehicle repairs while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

Must write detailed and accurate estimates as per European Collision Center guidelines.
Provide legendary customer service while communicating effectively with customers, dealerships, and insurance companies.
Collaborate with insurance adjusters to facilitate claims processing.
Document necessary production details and all contact made between customers, insurance, and dealerships.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in auto body repair.

Qualifications

Good oral and written skills, well organized, detail oriented, punctual, excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in writing estimates for automotive service or auto body repair is required.
Knowledge of metal/refinish replacement and repair techniques.
Valid Driver's License
ASE & I-CAR certifications are preferred.
