Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Norwegian-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and detailed product information.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, driving growth within the logistics services sector.
• Conduct needs analyses with clients to ensure effective solutions tailored to their logistics requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance services and develop effective sales strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training and workshops to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, particularly in the logistics or related fields, is preferred.
