Job DescriptionWe're looking for skilled CNC Operators to join our team! Ideal candidates will have experience running CNC machines and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes-especially within the medical device industry. If you're detail-oriented, precise, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we want to hear from you.
- 2nd Shift (Tues-Fri): 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM
- Weekend Shift (Thurs-Sun): 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, milling, grinding, etc.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
- Monitor machines to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Work closely with the team to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery
- Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in CNC programming and machine operation
- Strong attention to detail with solid problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus
