Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Location: On-site in Philadelphia, PA
Salary: $65K-85K base (depending on experience)
Requirements: 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience, with a strong focus on catastrophic medical malpractice
Looking for an experienced Paralegal to join an established Personal Injury Law Firm based in Philadelphia. Serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey, this firm is dedicated to securing justice for individuals and families.
Responsibilities:
- Lead paralegal support on complex, high-value medical malpractice cases
- Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, from case intake to trial preparation, courtroom support, and exhibit management
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Coordinate discovery, including document production and preparation for depositions
- Manage and organize case files, medical records, and evidence
- File court documents electronically and maintain accurate case tracking
- Ensure deadlines and filing requirements are met to support litigation proceedings
- Prepare trial materials, including exhibits, case summaries, and witness lists
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, or Paralegal Certification preferred.
- 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience - specializing in catastrophic medical malpractice
- Strong knowledge of legal research tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
