About this Role

Coastline Academy is seeking a Fleet Associate to join our growing organization. Our fleet team is responsible for our company vehicles and managing the complex logistics as well as the physical items that help run our business nationwide! With a people-first work environment where ideas are valued, our fleet team offers a culture of positivity and exciting growth opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Daily processing and fulfillment of coastline certificates of completion
  • Daily shipping and receiving of supplies, materials, mail, equipment, etc.
  • Online, phone, text and verbal communication with various coastline HQ teams and instructors.
  • Daily inventory tracking, documentation, and ordering supplies
  • Creating instructor ID tags, ordering business cards, packaging items
  • Staying organized and keeping the fleet facility office clean and organized
  • Picking up, dropping off, driving and shuffling vehicles as needed
  • Maintain regular communication and thorough documentation of daily progress, priorities and goals with team and leadership
  • Document processes and procedures / help build SOPs

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Zoom and ability to learn other platforms quickly
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
