A prestigious law firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Patent Agent with a strong background in electrical engineering to join its dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications.
• Conduct legal and technical research.
• Lead inventor meetings and advise on patent strategy.
• Represent clients in personal interviews before USPTO examiners and the Board of Appeals.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• USPTO registration required.
• Prior technical industry work experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

This role offers a salary range of $120,000 - $185,000, depending on experience, education, and market conditions. Additional details on compensation and benefits will be provided during the hiring process.
