Location: California | Compensation: $250,000–$295,000 + full benefits
Direct Counsel is representing an Amlaw 100 firm seeking an associate with 3–4 years of employment defense experience to join its nationally ranked Employment & Labor practice.
Key Responsibilities:

Defend wage & hour class actions, discrimination, and retaliation claims

Draft dispositive motions and employment agreements

Advise clients on employment policies, compliance, and risk

Support training, audits, and workplace investigations
Qualifications:

3–4 years of relevant experience

Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

California Bar admission required
