What you will do:

  • Handle a strong caseload of Class Action cases from start to finish
  • Draft pleadings and conduct depositions
  • Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
  • Supervise full-time paralegal / case manager and work with them on a day-to-day basis

What you need:

  • 3+ Years of Experience as a Class Action Attorney
  • J.D. or Esquire
  • Colorado Bar License
  • Background in drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, preparing and responding to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
