Location: Hawkins, Texas
Status: Full-Time / 4 days a week

Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality general dentistry services, including restorative work, extractions, and removable dentures.
- Serve as the primary dentist on-site, supported by a trusted and cohesive clinical team.
- Offer same-day care when feasible and appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with patients and the team to build trust and consistency.
- Take on a leadership role in a growing rural practice that is set for expansion.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: Based on adjusted production.
- Monthly Guarantee: $15,000/month
- Sign-On Bonus
- Continuing Education Allowance: $8,000 annually
- Health Insurance Stipend
- 401K: Matching contributions up to 4%
- Vacation: 2 weeks of paid time off
- Mentorship: Biweekly virtual meetings and monthly in-person mentorship
