Position Summary
As the Special Assignment - Security Team Leader, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining a secure environment for our patrons and staff. You’ll lead a team of security personnel, oversee operations, and ensure that all safety protocols are followed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team during events and daily operations.
- Develop and implement security strategies to maintain a safe environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, resolving conflicts and diffusing situations as needed.
- Train and mentor security team members to uphold safety standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with management to address security concerns and improve procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a security leadership role, preferably in an entertainment or nightlife setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for security operations.
