Job DescriptionFamily Law Attorney
A boutique family law firm serving California's Bay Area is seeking a seasoned Family Law Attorney to join its growing team. This firm handles complex divorce, custody, and asset division matters with a tailored, client-first approach. This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of sophisticated cases and collaborate with a tight-knit, remote-first legal team.
About the Role:
- Lead family law cases from intake through resolution, including litigation and trial.
- Strategize case development and legal approach based on client-specific goals.
- Handle complex matters involving custody, property division, and high-net-worth clients.
- Participate in weekly attorney meetings and quarterly team off-sites.
- Collaborate with dedicated paralegal support (2:1 attorney-to-paralegal ratio).
Qualifications:
- Licensed in California and residing in or near a Bay Area county.
- 8+ years of California family law experience.
- Certified Family Law Specialist or actively pursuing certification.
- Proven ability to manage cases independently and strategically.
- Strong courtroom experience and familiarity with at least two Bay Area county courts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $190k-$250k/year (DOE).
