Cal-a-Vie Health Spa is seeking a full time Maintenance Technician with general experience in painting, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Some responsibilities include installations, moving heavy items to various locations on property, pool maintenance, electrical and a/c maintenance, painting and carpentry.
Job Requirements:
* Ability to do general maintenance repairs in all areas of the spa including mechanical, electrical and plumbing
* Pool maintenance experience
* Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
* Ability to climb ladders and work with heights
* must follow and adhere to safety standards
Position Qualifications:
Education/Certification: High School Diploma/GED
Knowledge: Must have minimum working knowledge of HAVC systems, electrical, plumbing and light repair
Experience: One (1) year experience in the maintenance field
Skills/Abilities: Must be able to perform all the essential functions listed above
Availability: Able to work hours that include weekdays, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
