Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Administrator to join our team in a dynamic maintenance shop environment. You will be responsible for performing heavy administrative work, including data entry, handling invoices, documenting preventative maintenance schedules, and working with vendors to order parts and track invoices. The role requires a high volume of data input using dual entry screens, processing receipts of products and services in our database system, and reviewing reports for outstanding invoices.
Responsibilities
- Input a large volume of data accurately using dual entry screens.
- Process receipts of products and services in the database system.
- Review and manage outstanding invoices.
- Conduct monthly reviews of vendor statements.
- Enter data related to equipment operations.
- Maintain effective lines of communication with employees and vendors to ensure prompt payment and resolution of queries.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure a smooth operational process.
- Proficient data entry skills.
- Experience with inventory management.
- Ability to effectively communicate over the phone and via email with vendors.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- CMMS experience preferred or a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Work Environment and Shift
The role is based in a maintenance shop within a concrete/asphalt plant, offering a hands-on and engaging work environment.
The position requires frequent communication with both internal team members and external vendors to ensure efficient operations.
First Shift Opportunity Monday - Friday with OT as needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
