<p>Job DescriptionVIP Staffing is immediately hiring a Leasing consultant for a local leading organization in Albuquerque, NMThis is a Full time temp to hire Position The schedule is Monday - Friday 8am-5pmPay for this position is $17.00<br>As a Leasing Consultant you will:
<ul>
<li>Show apartment units to prospective tenants </li>
<li>process move-in paperwork for qualified applicants</li>
<li>Encourage prospective tenants to lease with us by position the property and its units in a favorable light</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service</li>
<li>maintain a strong closing ratio</li>
<li>Ensure that all community areas, including the clubhouse and leasing office are in perfect condition</li>
<li>Process service requests from tenants and ensure prompt response to inquiries</li>
<li>Answer inbound phone calls. </li>
</ul>
<p>Leasing Consultant candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>six months of relatable experience</li>
<li>Great customer service skills</li>
<li>Good computer skills</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
