Gruccio, Pepper, De Santo & Ruth P.A., a prestigious and well-established law firm with over 60 years of service to the South Jersey community, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paralegal/Legal Secretary to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing personalized, effective advocacy and direct attorney-client relationships from the start of a case. Responsibilities:

Manage and organize case files, documents, and correspondence relating to a state practice including processing probate of wills and estate administration.

Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel.

Schedule appointments, depositions, and court hearings.

Perform legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.

Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, and billing, LEAP.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a paralegal or legal secretary, preferably within a law firm setting.

Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology.

Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
