We are looking for Controls Service Technicians with mid-to-senior-level experience to join our growing team.

Primary Job Function: As a Controls Service Technician, you'll manage service calls, diagnostics, and repairs for Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls. This role requires strong DDC expertise and the ability to troubleshoot, program, and support complex integrations. You'll handle urgent service needs and support larger projects alongside project managers, working with platforms like Tridium Niagara, ABB, Distech, Honeywell, and Johnson FX.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional overtime and weekend work as required

Pay: $35 - $50 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
  • 2+ years experience with DDC/BAS system diagnosis, programming, and repair
  • Strong familiarity with ladder-logic style programming (DDC, PLC, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Cylon (ABB), Distech, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls
  • Tridium Niagara and N4 certification is a strong plus
