MB Attorney Search has been exclusively retained by a leading Wisconsin-based labor & employment boutique to recruit a Labor & Employment Associate. This is a growth-driven hire designed to add depth and strength to an already highly regarded practice.
About the Role
You'll join a collaborative team handling a wide variety of employment and workplace matters, with the chance to build both your technical expertise and client-facing presence. Work will include:

Employment law: wage & hour (FLSA), payroll/timekeeping compliance, disciplinary actions, investigations, and advising employers on terminations.

Agency work: EEOC and ERD cases, unemployment, OSHA, and workers' compensation.

Traditional labor: exposure to contract interpretation, collective bargaining, and grievance matters.

Multi-state practice: opportunities to advise clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in labor & employment law (management-side).

Strong skills in wage & hour compliance, investigations, and advising employers.

Experience with EEOC/ERD proceedings and agency practice preferred.

Traditional labor law experience is a plus, but not required.

Wisconsin admission strongly preferred (or eligibility to waive in).
