Job Title: Lead Plaintiff Employment Attorney (Class Action)

Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Open to Remote)

Based in Woodland Hills, CA, our firm prides itself on providing aggressive advocacy and achieving outstanding results for employees who have been wronged in the workplace.


They are seeking an experienced Labor And Employment Attorney (Class Action) to join their growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to advocate for employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and other employment-related matters.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side employment class action matters, including pre-litigation and litigation phases.
  • Lead Class Action Practice
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Take and defend depositions, attend court hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.


Qualifications:


  • Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in plaintiff employment law with Class Action experience
  • Strong litigation skills, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
  • Salary and Other Compensation:

    The annual salary for this position is between $180k - $250k annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
