Relevant Project Experience
<ul>
<li>The Construction Manager/Mechanical Engineer Plumbing (CM/MP) shall be able to quickly understand and master the requirements of the local state and federal jurisdictions and the requirements of each in relation to this project.</li>
<li>Experience in the resolution of unforeseen site and design conditions/problems and propose cost effective technical solutions.</li>
<li>Experience conducting inspections and inventories of such structures to identify and note deficiencies, problems, or the general physical condition of such structures.</li>
<li>Must have six (6) years of experience practicing mechanical engineering.</li>
<li>Must have six (6) years of experience inspecting mechanical construction.</li>
<li>The CM/MP must possess communication, language, and software skills with the ability to utilize a variety of software programs to monitor, produce, and update work products by applying knowledge of computer literacy Experience reviewing design and construction plans against existing site conditions.</li>

<li>The CM-MP shall be a licensed professional with a degree in Mechanical Engineering with Specialization in Plumbing from an accredited institution of higher learning. The individual shall have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in both design and construction of plumbing &amp; water systems. </li>
<li>Additional consideration will be given to a Construction Manager - Senior Mechanical Engineer who possesses a current professional engineering license (PE) registration and maintenance of the same throughout tenure.</li>
