Summary: The Residential Manager ensures the quality of care and successful daily operations of a residential home for the people served. This includes ensuring maintaining quality standards, coordinating the hiring, training, and supervision of staff, financial management of the program budget, and monitoring the medical and clinical needs of the people living in the home.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:000pm (40 hours per week) 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ol>
<li>Ensure program, agency, and accreditation standards are met concerning quality of care including individual behavior and treatment plans, ISP documentation, HCSIS, and other documentation as required, and in line with Bridgewell Policies &amp; Procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure the staffing needs of the program are met based on defined ratios and attendance of persons served. This includes coordination of work schedules, hiring of new staff, and coordinating the use of per diem and agency relief staff, as needed.</li>
<li>Positively manage staff by conducting monthly supervisions with each staff and team meetings; supporting, coaching, and mentoring staff to develop skills and abilities, and providing recognition opportunities for staff. Provide timely Performance Evaluations. Ensure performance standards are met, and proactively address performance concerns, working with program management and Human Resources, as appropriate.</li>
<li>Ensure employees maintain certifications (such as CPR/1st Aid, MAP, PPS, and PABC, as required) and complete all other training requirements of Bridgewell and the program's funding sources.</li>
<li>Ensure administrative duties are completed and followed as required in areas including finance, human resources, payroll, quality assurance, electronic health records, and Medication Administration Procedures.</li>
<li>Responsible for On-Call coverage based on a rotating schedule for that particular program, and/or cluster, as designated. On-call coverage includes addressing concerns and providing direction to employees, managing call-outs and scheduling per diem staff, on-call reporting, and possible coverage of shifts if staffing cannot be coordinated for a shift.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with clinical and nursing teams to ensure the behavioral and medical needs of persons served are met. Collaborate with all service providers, ensuring communication and documentation are clear concerning the coordination and management of each person's needs.</li>
<li>Work with guardians and family members on issues related to the care and services provided to their family members. Communicate proactively, as appropriate, working to build a positive relationship, and ensuring staff are also trained in the best practices of working with families.</li>
<li>Manage the financial responsibilities of the program, including program expenses, monitoring overtime, supply ordering, and monthly budget review.</li>
<li>Ensure people served are provided support with financial needs, such as managing funds, applying for food stamps, social security, Mass Health, housing vouchers/section 8 applications, and/or employment.</li>
<li>Provide direct care in the absence of program staff, as needed. This can include covering individual shifts, as well as, assisting with management needs in other programs where either a management vacancy or extended absence is occurring.</li>
<li>Coordinate or assist with program community outings and meetings with families. Ensure all information and materials required for any meeting or outing is adequately prepared, and that positive relationships are built and maintained. Ensure positive neighbor relationships are maintained, and that any concerns are raised to senior management.</li>
<li>Manage the technology needs of the program, including employee time and attendance, and data management/electronic health record systems. Ensure information is tracked as required, and system needs and issues are raised to the IT Department or Payroll Department, as appropriate.</li>
<li>Ensure vehicles assigned to the program maintain registrations as required and receive maintenance as scheduled. Coordinate and address needs with the Transportation Department. Ensure employee use of the vans follows established Bridgewell protocols—report accidents promptly to Transportation.</li>
<li>Ensure the confidentiality of Personal Health Information, records of persons served, and other related information complies with HIPAA and other state or federal mandates.</li>
<li>Ensure safe operations of the program by providing safety training per the Safety Calendar, addressing program physical maintenance needs, conducting audits as required, and alerting management to any concerns.</li>

Required Education/Experience:

<li>Bachelor's Degree preferred. An Associate's Degree with a minimum of 2 years in a direct support role or significant industry experience, instead of a degree, may be considered at the discretion of management.</li>

Plays a significant role in attracting and retaining residents and guests of the building. The Resident Services Coordinator is generally the first point of contact for the building’s for guests. This position provides exceptional customer service to include useful information to guests of the building.
Job Responsibilities:

<li>Primary focus of the position is to be the extension of the Management Office. With the approval of the Property Manager the Resident Services Team is to create and update any necessary policy and procedures required to run the Front Desk operations smoothly and efficiently at a 5-star level. Supervision of the Front Desk in this regard is a must. </li>
<li>Secondary focus of the position is to ensure residents receive optimum enjoyment of building aesthetics, privacy, services and amenities. The Resident Services Team seeks opportunities to create memories and build positive resident relationships with the Building and the Association by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations with creative, gracious and hospitable delivery of services.</li>
<li>While the role is generally limited to Front Desk Operations or other operations/departments, if any, the Resident Services Team acts as “chief of protocol” to facilitate well-orchestrated coordination of maintenance, housekeeping and office staff to deliver gracious, seamless service to residents and guests. Job Summary:

The Designated Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with 245D regulations, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to, managing staff, coordinating services, and collaborating with various stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of care and service delivery. With a focus on regulatory adherence, quality assurance, and team leadership, you will contribute to the overall success of our organization in providing exceptional services within the 245D framework. This position will be the lead for our Individual Home Supports program and a company car may be provided for use.
Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Maintain a current understanding of the licensing requirements sufficient to ensure compliance</li>
<li>Ensure the duties of the designated coordinator are fulfilled</li>
<li>Ensure the program implements corrective action, following review of incident reports and emergency reports</li>
<li>Evaluation of satisfaction of persons served with the service delivery and progress toward accomplishing outcomes and ensuring and protecting each person's rights</li>
<li>Ensure staff orientation and training is provided</li>
<li>Ensure staff competency is equivalent to their abilities and expectations</li>
<li>Ensure corrective action is taken when ordered by the commissioner and that the terms and conditions of the license and any variances are met</li>
<li>Evaluate the information above to develop, document, and implement ongoing program improvements</li>
<li>Ensure general corrective actions are completed as necessary</li>
<li>Communicate frequently with guardians, management, and caseworkers</li>
<li>Train and manage assigned staff members according to individuals’ needs and goals</li>
<li>Maintain an average of 25% (10 hours) individuals served contact time and 75% (24 hours) administrative time weekly</li>
<li>Uphold confidentiality and privacy of individuals served and staff members</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Required Skills/Abilities:
<ul>
<li>Ability and willingness to fill in the Designated Coordinator role as needed</li>
<li>Ability to pass a background check with the MN Department of Human Services</li>
<li>Willingness to travel to and from surrounding areas as needed</li>
<li>Fluently read, understand, speak, and write the English Language</li>
<li>Dynamic communication skills, working techniques, and ability to multitask</li>
<li>General computer skills/knowledge</li>
<li>A working understanding of the abstract nature of maladaptive behavior</li>
<li>Ability to read, understand, and follow specific Protocols, potentially including but not limited to, Seizure Protocol, Functional Behavior Assessment, Behavior Reduction Protocol, etc.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>At least 18 years of age and possess a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent</li>
<li>4+ years of experience working with individuals of varying needs and diagnoses</li>
<li>3+ years of supervisory level experience in a program providing direct support services to persons with disabilities</li>
<li>Knowledge of federal and state healthcare laws and regulations, including 245D Familiarity</li>
<li>Clear driving record (No major violations or DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years)</li>
<li>Experience with Positive Supports and Crisis Interventions</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Associate’s degree, or higher, in social work, human services, or similar studies</li>
<li>Current CPR and First Aid Certification</li>
<li>Multilingual - fluent, ability to translate if necessary</li>
