<li>Provides direct supervision of a single group home serving adults with developmental disabilities and other complex needs. Duties include household management and the supervision of direct support professionals within a 24/7 residential setting.</li>
<li>Works a flexible schedule to ensure visibility, staff training, and coverage across all shifts. </li>
<li>Monitors and ensures the delivery of all services outlined in the Individual Support Plan to promote optimum habilitation, health care, and behavior supports as needed.</li>
