ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Provide Pilates instruction to include demo classes, group apparatus classes, private and semiprivate training as scheduled by management and pursuant to Club Pilates standards</li>
<li>Must be skilled at proper and safe use of a variety of equipment during each class, including but not limited to, hand weights, EXO Chair, Reformer, Springboard, TRX, Magic Circle, and other equipment as needed to ensure a safe yet creative group experience</li>
<li>Visually inspect the equipment prior to the beginning of class to ensure equipment is in good working order and safe to use</li>
<li>Responsible for studio tidiness and returning equipment to standards set by studio management</li>
<li>Must arrive at a set time prior to the beginning of each scheduled class or private/semiprivate session</li>
<li>Participate in networking/community/client appreciation events as needed and studio promotions to generate new business</li>
<li>Stay up to date with and implement Club Pilates education standards at all times</li>

<li>Provide needed mentorship to instructors to ensure their teaching is up to Club Pilates standards</li>

<li>Plan and provide quarterly client workshops</li>

We recently opened a branch in the Kansas City Metro area and are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to add to our coaching team. This fun, part-time position requires coaching the fundamentals of 10 different sports to kids, ages ranging from 2 - 6 years old. Position Overview We are looking for coaches who can make our members feel welcome, and that theyre an integral part of the hour you spend together. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after theyve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout. Well, nows your chance to join Orangetheory and start leading the best 1-hour full-body group workout. As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:

<li>Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts</li>
<li>Helping members set and achieve goals</li>
<li>Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they arent</li>
<li>Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing</li>
<li>Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout</li>
<li>Being a team player</li>
</ul>
Additionally, youll need to meet these requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Being AED/CPR certified</li>
<li>Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness</li>
</ul>
