 What We’re Looking For
We are hiring a part-time Fitness Coach who brings:

High energy and enthusiasm in every coaching session

Experience in fitness coaching, small-group training, or personal training
</li>
<li>
Strong sales ability—comfortable presenting programs, closing PT packages, and connecting with members
</li>
<li>
Professional appearance and communication
</li>
<li>
Reliability, great attitude, and a willingness to be coached
</li>
<li>
A desire to grow with a company that develops leaders and promotes from within
</li>
</ul>
 Schedule
<ul>
<li>
Afternoons &amp; early evenings (consistent schedule)
</li>
<li>
Part-time to start, with opportunity for additional hours and long-term growth
</li>
</ul>
 Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Coach engaging small-group and individual training sessions
</li>
<li>
Deliver an exceptional member experience with positive and professionalism
</li>
<li>
Conduct fitness consultations and guide members toward the right training program
</li>
<li>
Help drive club retention through relationships, accountability, and follow-up
</li>
<li>
Support club events, community engagement, and general gym operations as needed
</li>
