QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Capability to step into a Store Director role upon a Store Director vacancy within a single store location or local market.</li>
<li>Demonstrates expertise in retail store operations.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent work experience.</li>
<li>Customer service and/or retail sales experience.</li>
<li>Physical ability to be on the sales floor for extended periods, move and handle merchandise and fixtures, and perform all job functions.</li>
<li>Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.</li>
<li>Strong teamwork, passion, integrity, drive, and accountability.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills to deliver operational components of the store.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service.</li>
<li>Knowledge or skills in leathercrafting are a plus.</li>
<li>Experience in retail merchandising, marketing, and operations is a plus.</li>
