 The Opportunity
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Key Holder strategically manages and promotes sales culture within a Retail environment to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning and expense control. They guarantee consistently high customer experience within the Store per Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.
Your Daily Adventures

<li>Build a delighted and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customers' phone numbers and e-mail addresses.</li>
<li>Responsible for assisting with the recruitment, training, development, and succession of high-performing, results-driven Team Members.</li>
<li>Responsible for understanding and maintaining own level of Product Knowledge and directly responsible for Store(s) Team Member’s level of Product Knowledge and the ability to communicate it to customers.</li>
<li>Accountable for payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain a highly profitable location while maintaining the highest service levels to customers.</li>
<li>Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to impact and drive business.</li>
<li>Manage and monitor Loss Prevention.</li>
<li>Manage and achieve or exceed all Inventory and Shrink goals; oversee and manage Physical Inventory.</li>
<li>Directly responsible for the execution and processing of merchandise, both incoming and outgoing (Transfers).</li>
<li>Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to the store manager.</li>
<li>Ensure execution and maintenance of all Visual Directives and guarantee the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds Psycho Bunny’s standards.</li>
<li>Execute all requirements concerning OSHA to maintain a safe and compliant working atmosphere for all Store Team Members &amp; customers.</li>
<li>Assist with all other duties as required by the store manager.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with all other Psycho Bunny team members to achieve goals.</li>

Excell Marketing is seeking a part-time Retail Account Merchandiser to work in our retail locations in Plymouth Meeting, PA and surrounding area. This position will have you working in an exciting environment with the latest trading cards and collectible toys. We offer a flexible schedule, paid travel time and many other perks.
As a merchandiser you would be responsible for visiting several stores on a weekly basis. You will unpack freight and stock shelves, maintain our displays, follow planograms and ensure that displays are kept neat and orderly and properly labeled to maximize sales. You will also help maintain business relationships with store personnel and ensure they are receiving excellent service.
You can create your own flexible schedule for store visits Monday through Friday between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm (No night shifts or weekends). Occasional weekend visits may be approved for busy seasons if required. We expect your total hours to be around 20 hours per week on average (may vary during busy seasons).
Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Visit all assigned stores on a weekly basis</li>
<li>Loading boxes onto carts and unpacking freight</li>
<li>Stocking shelves with various products</li>
<li>Keep shelving and displays neat, orderly, clean and properly labeled.</li>
<li>Follow planograms (detailed diagrams) to properly place products</li>
<li>Basic data entry and computer skills to be performed on a tablet (Excell will provide the device) to fill out surveys, reports and enter mileage and other data</li>
<li>Keep up communication with your manager and field services team through phone calls, emails, texts and/or video calls</li>
<li>Maintain business relationships and check in with store personnel at each store each visit.</li>
<li>Must maintain a professional attitude and demeanor with store personnel and customers</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Lift and move boxes up to 35 lbs. onto a cart and push cart out to sales area</li>
<li>Perform team lifts over 35lbs and up to 50 lbs. as needed</li>
<li>Frequent stooping / bending over</li>
<li>Occasional kneeling or crawling on the floor to reach lower shelving</li>
<li>Using small step stool (no more than 2 steps) to reach items on higher shelving</li>
