As the face of our stores, Receptionists are responsible for greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly manner as soon as they arrive at the store. They keep organized patient records and help patient schedules flow smoothly. They’re the glue to our operations, helping everyone to stay on track.&nbsp;The role provides prompt, courteous service to customers either on the phone or in person.

Job Description 
What would you do? – The Specifics
<ul>
<li>Ensures high quality customer service while following all safety protocols.</li>
<li>Ensures a smooth flow of customers through the store.</li>
<li>Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls in accordance with National Vision&nbsp;protocol.</li>
<li>Processes and understands managed care plans while obtaining document information from the insurance company as needed.</li>
<li>Provides customers basic and accurate information.</li>
<li>Schedules and confirms appointments, follow-up visits and classes.</li>
<li>Files all patient records daily and pulls patient files for the next day's appointments.</li>
<li>Checks order status and notifies customers when orders are in or of any delays.</li>
<li>Keeps reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.</li>
<li>Receives, sorts, distributes daily mail/deliveries and maintains inventory of office supplies.</li>
<li>Participates in regularly scheduled mandatory communication meetings.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Qualifications

<li>Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role preferred but not required.</li>
<li>0-2 years related experience or training preferred.</li>
<li>Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred.</li>
<li>Strong customer service skills required</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills required</li>
</ul>
Education:&nbsp; High School Diploma or equivalent.

Under the general supervision of the Donation Centers Manager, a trainer or another designee, is responsible for customer service, facility security and maintenance, greeting and assisting donors, breakdown of donations and maintenance of accurate donor records. Also, may be responsible for covering work shifts and working at different donation sites as needed which are regularly permanently assigned, or closer to the team member's home.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
<ul>
<li>Ensures 100% donor and customer delight.</li>
<li>Greets donors in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner within 10 seconds; unloads donations from vehicles, offer tax receipts and maintain accurate daily counts of donations.</li>
<li>Sorts donations and secure items to be transported to stores and warehouse.</li>
<li>Keeps a record of donations.</li>
<li>Responsible for ordering and maintaining supplies in an efficient manner. Responsible to secure and appropriately use those supplies.</li>
<li>Adheres to all AGI personnel policies and procedures; follows good safety and security practices, including reporting safety hazards and injuries to the operations leadership team and/or risk management.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive attitude, regardless of weather and conditions.</li>
</ul>
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Read, write, and communicate verbally and perform basic math skills.</li>
<li>Must be able to work independently.</li>
<li>Open availability is needed.</li>
<li>Ability to perform the essential functions with or without accommodation</li>
<li>Must have reliable means of transportation. and a valid driver's license</li>
<li>Drug screen and background check are required.</li>
